Jenny cooked breakfast. A fabulous recipe for Pannetone French bread that Tulsa chef NeMar Noulles taught me at one of her cooking classes a couple of years ago. I had purchased pannetone at the Hallendale Ave Panera, when I saw it on the counter. I don't know why I have such a hard time finding this important ingredient for this dish, but if I find the bread, then NeMar's recipe is on the menu aboard Lady! (If there's bread left over it can freeze until Charlie's ready to have it for morning toast.)
Marscapone, and other stuff for the sauce are not nearly as difficult to find!
Anyway breakfast was yummy!
